Day 90

Congratulations to EVERYONE that's succeed..........we're are the Champions.

Has anyone else constantly been told they're too skinny......from hairstylists to massage therapists I keep getting told i'm now too skinny, but all I tell them is I'm now feeling great. I think it becomes very obvious as I'm tall and easy to see the results......so from now on it's exercise everyday, egg whites to build me up and a lifestyle diet change....thanks Patrick as the results speak for themselves.

Day 87

I feel as I get closer to my goal, the more I have to blog about it (smug smile) and I'm not alone in this.....which is great. Well done everyone.

Exercise was great today as the park was empty this morning owing to it being a public holiday......however party's ending as I'm travelling again. So it's difficult hotel food and crowded gyms, bit not long to go and so so so looking forward to Sunday's surprise exercises.........anyone else?

Day 86

Training went well this morning despite the rain and slippery conditions underfoot. Whoooo it really was a power challenge, but worth it.

I'm not keen on the "failure" targets for the V-sits and Plank as I'm a target orientated individual, and need something to aim for......got there in the end. Managed to do 1 x 11min and 1 x 10min skipping, meaning my counting is improving.

K K K K Keeeeeeeep it going everyone........nearly there !!!!

Sunday 23 October 2011

Day 85

Managed to get up at the crack of dawn.....even before the Tai Chi Aunties (hopefully my music didn't upset the parks Feng Shui, ha ha). Accidentally achieved two sets of 12min skips....only because i'm terrible at counting in my head at 6am in the morning.

Apart from that all good (weight was up to 80.8kg, but that's normal for a weekend....don't know why, other than lack of routine)

Saturday 22 October 2011

Day 84

I know trainings not like an ATM Machine, but still managed to do Tuesday's exercises today.......before it got hot.

The rest of this coming week is looking like a monstrous task....got work related training from early morning till late (Mon, Tue, Wed) then traveling on business Thur & Fri.......going to be tough to fit everything into a day, we'll see. I've actually noticed that one of the key success factors in PCP is routine.

How's everyone else finding the time management, tougher than the food and exercise........this is probably a symptom of modern day life and the breakneck speeds that we've normalized as everyday routine (city life I guess.....time to look out my wellies).

Keep it up and hope to read everyone's updates over the week.......the last week.

Friday 21 October 2011

Day 83

One week to go......... this has been a struggle near the end. If I were a car I'd be looking for a full engine service before I failed my MOT, ha ha.....only jesting, but seriously running out of energy.

Monday 17 October 2011

Day 78

One comment on the indulgence at the weekend

A, B, C, Deeeeeelicious

Friday 14 October 2011

Day 76

Weekend chillaxing......yipeeeeeeeeee

Seriously, it's becoming really tough to manage the time for exercise, sleep, food and work. There seemed to be much more hours in the day when I went for a pint after work....ha ha

Tuesday 11 October 2011

Day 72

Hey, anyone looked ahead to Day 75.........5 sets of 90sec plank, this will certainly be a challenge as I'm "cream crackered" after 4 sets, ha ha.

Hope everyone's fighting through the program as there's definitely a bright shining light at the end of the tunnel now. Keep it going EVERYONE, the end (and the new beginning) is in sight for us all. G

Monday 10 October 2011

Day 71

Skip ropes in the gym in KL must be a new thing as I got lots of "look at that weirdo stares".....never mind, there'll be a week of it.

Sunday 9 October 2011

Day 70

Not long now.........but guess 90 days is only the start of the next chapter.

Friday 7 October 2011

Day 69

21days to go and havin a blast.....................exercises getting time consuming and tough, but hey the tone up is working. Food's getting to become very same same as lost the enthusiasm for creating new masterpieces (nae time).

Serious thoughts on how this has changed my routine and health for good, it's the old saying :

Breakfast like a KING
Lunch like a PRINCE
Dinner like a PAUPER.........

Not too sure where drinking falls into this theory.
