Day 55

Continuing to be good on the food, bad on exercise......I hope playing golf and watching football helps.

On a serious note, it's tough training on your own.....nowhere near the motivation......4 x 60sec plank on my own is tricky.

  1. mate I hear ya - I cringe when I get to the planks. Sounds cliche but there are 27 other guys struggling with you.. only a little over a month to go!

  2. similarly having a tough time keeping up with the workouts, better with the food... Tomorrow, planning on getting up early to do the full workout!
